What makes for the Great Tasting Flavor?
Our tamales are made with real corn masa and fresh ingredients, wrapped in real corn husks. They are vacuum-sealed and fresh-frozen to allow them to stay fresh in the freezer for months (even years), and in the refrigerator for 21 days, as long as they’re not opened. They typically come in vacuum-sealed packs of a half dozen (6) tamales.
Our tamale "standards" are loved around the world and include Pork, Chicken, Beef, Barbeque Beef, and vegetarian varieties: Jalapeno Cheese (AKA Four Cheese), Black Bean & Cheese, and Spinach and Cheese. Specialty Tamales include our trademark "Filet Mignon" Beef Tenderloin Tamales, as well as a Sausage and Potato breakfast tamale.
