PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT NEAR CHRISTMAS, SHIPPERS ARE OVERLOADED, AND SHIPMENTS ARE SOMETIMES DELAYED LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WE HAVE A GOOD SYSTEM, AND WE SHIP AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY.
Â
If you are ordering prior to Christmas, and want to be sure you have your tamales for Christmas or Christmas Eve, order early, and do not specify a delivery date. When your tamales arrive, keep them in the refrigerator (2+ weeks) or freezer (up to 12 months) until your event.
Â
NOTE: Shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii are exception cases and and typically will only go by Air Shipping Methods. Â Please call customer service for more details.
Below are the deadlines for all destinations. Â If your shipping destination is less days in transit, your actual deadline is later.Â
See the days in transit map here, but keep in mind, there is a processing time, and we often ship only M-W.
See detailed shipping information here.
Â
Â
Note: Â Every year, we have a few Tamale Packages that are stolen from porches. Â To help prevent this from happening to you, make sure to A) Track your package, and B) Plan to have a friend or neighbor pick up your package if you are unable to receive the package that day. Offer to share some tamales with them for helping and please do your part in stopping Tamale thieves!
Using FedEx Delivery Manager can also help to manage the delivery of your order. Â Click here to check it out.
