Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees can vary due to shipping locations, packing requirements (for longer-in-transit orders), and weight variations between orders. If your order is over $99, shipping is free! (There are exceptions for locations that are 4 days in transit, or FedEx delayed areas.)
If your order is less that $99, you can determine the shipping and handling fees of your order when you're in the Cart by clicking "Add Info" that is next to Shipping:. Keep in mind if your order is under $99, you can get free shipping by adding just enough to get to $99.
How Your Tamales Are Shipped
Orders with Standard Shipping will generally take 3-5 business days to arrive when shipped. Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 5-7 business days to process.
Orders with Expedited Shipping will generally take 1-2 days to arrive after being shipped. Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 2-4 business days to process.
Orders with Rush Shipping will generally take 1 day to arrive after being shipped. Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 1-3 business days to process.
We process and ship Expedited orders Monday - Wednesday; we are willing to ship on Thursday for Rush orders or if requested in Special Instructions.

How Your Tamales Are Packed
Your tamales will be packed in a thick-sided Recyclable EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) cooler with DRY ICE PACKS and dry ice to keep them cold (often frozen), so they won't spoil during transit. Make sure to place your tamales in the freezer or refrigerator as soon as you receive them.
Your order will come in packs of up to 6 tamales per vacuum-sealed bag, and will stay fresh for at least 21 days in the refrigerator, and at least 12 months in the freezer.
When Your Tamales Are Shipped
Our designated shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays.
Special Request Delivery Dates: If you'd like to order now and specify a delivery date prior to any Holiday or Special Occasion, you can indicate that in the Special Instructions area on the Shipping Information page when you checkout. With standard shipping orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, however, we do our best to meet deadlines whenever possible.
