With Your Tamale Box Easy-Ship program, you can choose to get your order Once a Month, Once every two months, Once every three months, or Once every four months. There is no fee to subscribe and you will automatically receive a discount when placing a subscription order; no coupon code is needed.

Orders scheduled for last days of the month (29, 30, or 31) will ship on the last day of the month based on number of days in that month.

  • How do I make a change to a subscription?

Changes are Easy!

You can change your order frequency, update your payment method, update your shipping address or cancel your subscription any time from within your subscription account settings. You just login to your account to access your subscription account settings.   • How will I receive notifications?

Emails

You will receive an email 1 week before your next shipment is scheduled as a reminder. Additional emails you may receive are:

 

Billing Error – notifies you that your order was not able to be processed.

Credit Card Expiry – notifies you that your credit card will expire before their next renewal. 

  • How do I cancel/change my subscription?

To provide you with quick and efficient shipping, once an order is placed we are typically unable to edit or cancel the first order. If it's only been a few minutes since you placed the order, please contact our customer success team at 888-825-4113 or Sales@TexasLoneStarTamales.com to see if they can make an exception.
